Cant open version 8 file in the new version 9

Hello forum,

i´ve downloaded the new version 9 and i try to open my working-file from version 8. The Problem is that the import stops at 80 % and the program freezes. I tried it with version 8 again but there are no problems. Only in version 9.

Does anybody have any suggestions?

you help me with your email.

It takes 3 to 4 minutes to open the file. It seems that the computer freezes (no reaction from the program) but it still works. After you save the filein the new format and load it once again it takes only some second.

There may be something on one of the slides that is tripping things up.  Try breaking the CPTX up into smaller files with fewer slides to see if you can locate in which part of the project the issue is located.
