Cap 3 Skips Results Slide + Button Rules

Disclaimers: I took screen shots and compared settings between 2.0 & 3.0 versions of my quiz; Forum Search revealed no help on skipped slided slides so here goes...

Created quizzes in Cap 2.0 that still function. Opened my main template quiz in Cap 3.0 and allowed it to be updated to3.0. (all of my 2.0 versions of this quiz are gone; see elsewhere in forums for my warning on Save As option in Cap 3.0)

My quiz project has 17 questions (1 gathers student info and 16 are topic), then it goes to a Results slide with stats and the following buttons: Review Quiz, Send Results by E-mail, This Way to Exit. This is followed by the last slide that did include a congratulations msg and an 'Exit to Main Menu' button. End Option is Stop Project.

ISSUE #1 When I publish the 3.0 file, it loads as usual and quiz can be taken BUT it SKIPS the Results (2nd to last) slide?

ISSUE #2 If I attempt to add the 'Exit to Main Menu' button to the last slide, Cap 3.0 will NOT allow it to be the last slide anymore. Any attempt to drag it back into the final slide position is futile. Remove the 'Exit to Main Menu' button and then it's allowed.

Issue #1 is a show-stopper that will force me back to Cap 2.0 if I can't figure out what is causing this.
Issue #2 is less crucial but still would like to solve

Any input or encouragement is sincerely appreciated.

    UPDATE:

Issue #1 appears to be caused by the Results slide display time mysteriously being set to .1? (tenth of a second) Wow, this was so short that dragging the progess bar wouldn't make it display, thus I thought it was being skipped.

But if the slide requires a response, wouldn't you think it would display anyway? Probably has to be at least one whole second or something. Sheesh.

Issue #2 Slide being forced to change order - Button properties - found a Reporting tab that had a Include in Quiz box checked. So this is why it kept shoving this slide back in front of Results slide instead of allowing it at the end.

I can feel I'm getting my life back now; forums are good therapy.
