Cap 4,,,,,trial version Hanging

Im trying to give captivate 4 a trial run (I already have a fully paid/installed version of Captivate 2).

After downloading the zip file and I double click on the exe file to run, the installer window hangs around 90% of the "Checking System Profile" screen. I've tried 4 different days, Ive even re-downloaded the trial version but the same behavior.

Any ideas?
