Cap 5.5 video screen getting cut off on slide

I am using Cap 5.5 and imported an .mp4 file by "inserting video slide". It converted appropriately but when the video is played, the outside edges are cut off and you cannot see the entire video. When I go to video timing under video management, the preview shows the entire video screen so I know it imported correctly, but when watching as a part of the presentation the outside edges disappear (as though it has been zoomed in).

Any thoughts on how to fix this?

Sorry for my lack of appropriate terminology. I'm new to the program.
