Cap 8 Responsive Format: Mobile Screen

Currently our LMS only supports regular computer format and iPad format. With this in mind, I am wondering -is there a way for me to delete, remove, ensure that the "mobile" screen from my responsive format "stage?" I know I could just not develop that screen/stage or just remove all the items from it, but potentially our LMS may mature. While I don't want to spend the time developing the "mobile" section today, I also don't want it to be a big mess or just blank once the LMS reaches that point. I'd rather us have to come back to the source file and then create the mobile stage and then develop it. Is this a possibility? I've not really seen anything about this, but I haven't really looked up to this point. However, today it was a topic of conversation about what I should do with this stage. In a shorter project, I just developed all 3 stages, but this one is longer and that seems like a waste of time at this point for this particular project. However, again, we don't just want a messy screen or a blank one displaying once the code is added to our LMS. Thanks for your assistance.
