Cap 9 Responsive Project - contentSlider not appearing in preview

Hi,

I have two captivate 9 responsive files:

Captivate file 1	Captivate file 2

When previewing the files with the "Preview" -> "Project" button, file one doesn't not display the contentSlider and breakpoint controls that file two does display.

Does anyone know why this may be or could point me in the direction of where to look.

I know you can test using other tools like google chrome dev tools but to up-skill a SME can take some time. 

Any advice would be appreciated.
