Cap 9 simple effects not showing in HTML5

I applied a simple "Fly In From Left" to a Text Caption, then published the file as HTML only. The text field does not animate, or even display, in the final output. I am viewing in IE 11 and the HTML Tracker does not show this effect as being a problem. Could there be something in my Publish settings? I used the Blank Project layout, non-responsive project. I have "Scalable HTML content" unchecked.

Thanks.

There were some issues with motion effects not playing totally before the hot fix. But your problem is due to the interactive object Button_18 which is pausing the slide at 1.5secs, whereas your Fly in effect is not yet done. Either you shorten the effect, or you have to move that pausing point to happen after the end of the effect. If you really want 3secs of flying, you'll have to increase the slide duration a little bit. Do not put the pause really at the last frame.

Can you post a screenshot of the Timeline, with the Effects timeline expanded?

    Did you install the hotfix?

Here is the screenshot. Have not installed the hotfix - will need to go through IT to make that happen.
