Cap7 to Cap9 conversion not working on ipad

Hi. We are currently updating a number of courses from captivate 7 to 9 in order to make the courses HTML5 and playable on mobile devices. We are having issues with 1 of the modules whereby it wont play on apple mobile devices and just continues to spin with the preview icon. There doesn't appear to be anything within the file that the other modules don't have, which all work without issue. I am happy to send over a copy of the file for testing if required.

Thanks for the reply.

I've tried to strip out sections and pages to test the file and I'm still having the same issue even if theres just the single page remaining in the project. I fear that the file may have become corrupted along the way somewhere but will persevere with copying all the page data into a new document to test if this fixes the issue. It's a rather large file with plenty of page interactions which will have to be replicated. Let's hope this fixes the issue anyway.

There's likely either some component on one or more slides that is not compatible with HTML5 or else the project may have become corrupted.

Try hiding groups of slides and then republishing to narrow down the location of the issue that is preventing the project from working. 

If you cannot isolate the issue this way, try copying groups of slides into a new project shell created from a blank project of the same height and width.  That can sometimes strip out any corruption caused by duplicated object IDs.
