Capitvate 6 Publishng as PDF

I use Captivate 6. When I publish it as a pdf, it works fine on my computer. However, when I transfer the file to our workplace's shared drive, it cannot open correctly as a pdf. What I get is pixelated shot. I was windering if I have set up the wrong setting. Thanks for any assistance you may provide me.

Hi There ,

Instead of directly opening it from shared drive , try to copy and paste on your local drive and then open . Sometimes due to some restrictions or Firewall you don't get the desired output .
