Captioning disabled

Hi !

I want to add captions to the slides. I checked the captioning box in the skin editor. I added annotations in the slides and followed the procedure given in the user guide. But the Captioning button is still disabled.

Can someone help me?

Can you take a screen capture of what you see in the Skin Editor where you enabled the Closed Captioning? Be sure to show the full Preview window so that we can see you have ticked the Closed Captioning box but your chosen playback bar still doesn't have the CC button showing.
