Captions Disappear in Preview

Hey Y'all!

I'm new to Captivate, but love it so far. That is until today.

I'm working in my project and I have a few transparent captions. When I preview the project some, not all, of my captions disappear.

Since I can't upload a screen shot...

My background is a screenshot (jpg) of a form. The transparent captions are the words in the boxes on the form.

There are two transparent captions on the slide. They're set to not have a transition. They start at 0.0sec and last the entire slide. No fades. No animation. Just a text box with a fake name in it.

There is one caption set to halo. It fades in at 0.5sec, fades out at 3.5sec.

There is a highlight box, in at 3.0sec out at 5.0sec

There is a mouse action, in at 4.0sec out at 5.0sec

There are NO check boxes or other interactive tools on any of the slides in the project.

When I preview the project, the mouse, highlight and halo caption are there, as well as one of my transparent captions, but not the second transparent caption.

Everything is set to visible. I just don't get it.
