Captions on Clickboxes

I'm using clickboxes in Adobe Captivate 8 with captions for failure. I'm updating module and noticed that the failure caption no longer appears if the user doesn't click it. What is the reason for this? It worked before but now doesn't seem to appear now. Thanks.

Just came across this issue myself. A client asked me to take a look at a course they had developed previously. Their clickboxes do not recognize clicks outside of the clickbox as "Incorrect".

I may just remake the clickboxes to see if that fixes it. Everything else appears to be setup correctly.

Maybe I misunderstand but the Failure caption only appears when the user is clicking outside of the click box. Perhaps you mean the 'Hint' caption?

No it's the failure caption. I'm clicking outside of the click box and it's not appearing. Again, this was working but now isn't.

Which exact version number do you use? Is this a normal or a responsive project? How did you test: after publishing or Preview? If you used Preview, which one did you choose?
