Captivate 11.5 bringing in wrong slide from Assets library

Question

I'm attempting to bring in a particular slide from the Assets library and it's inserting a totally different slide many times from a totally different theme.
 
I tested with many different slides and themes, some slides come in as expected, others bring in the wrong slide.
 
Any others experiencing this weirdness?  Any fixes?

I have edited your topic title. We are only on version 11.5, not 19. 11.5 is the second big release under the common name 'CP2019' which had at keast 5 minor releases.

No I have never experienced this and I have been exploring the Quick Start Project, and the Ready-to-go slides a lot for several blogs. This is also the first time I hear this mentioned on the forums.

Try to clean the Preferences.

The Assets panel doesn't provide themes. Some of those Quick Start Projects have a well-defined theme, but some not.
