Captivate 11.8.1 changes

Hi,

I just updated to Captivate 11.8.1.219.

The first thing I tried is to create a smart shape and it seems most of the style options are gone from the Properties panel. I now have a Basic panel with smart shape replacement, opacity and line style but am not able to edit the line or fill colour.

The Shadow and Reflection panel is still present but I really need to be able to change the colours of the smart shapes.

Are these options now somewhere else?

Are you on Mac or Windows? Did you clean the preferences? This can be done by finding the subfolder 'utils' under the installation folder and run the CleanPreferences... appropriate for your OS. Captivate needs to be closed before running that file.

Sorry, I didn't mention the OS as 11.8.1.219 is only available for Windows.

This worked! I am so relieved, I thought maybe this had been removed or something.

Slapping my head, sorry, I know that the Mac version is still not available.

I had to do the same, cleaning the Preferences, because I lost those properties for shapes. Now I have to restore my workspaces and revert again to the Expert UI. This is just annoying, but I am so used to it.
