Captivate 12.3 Duplicating Variables

I've made a nice menu system in new Captivate, and it works nicely... (Granted I've got 20 conditional Interactions on the entrance to my menu).

Except for one of my variables seems to be duplicating itself every time the page is run.

I can't find any Interaction causing this (I can't find a way to do this in Interactions!) but I've now got 40 copies of my variable.

Has anyone else experienced this? Can anyone tell me what's going on?
