Captivate 12.3 - Issues while using Mac OS.

I need some help.  I am having issues working with software simulations while using Mac OS.  Captivate is not recognizing my security settings.  At first I thought it was a warning as it appears to be working.

Unfortunately, nothing happens.  Does anyone have an idea what is going wrong?
I have 2 Macs. One is running Sonoma 14.4.1 the other is running Monterry 12.7.4.  The issue is the same on both.  While I was typing this I had been trying to record a simulation.  The countdown starts, then nothing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
