Captivate 12.4 Share for Review Error

I'm on Captivate 12.4, and when I try to use the share for review, I get an error saying "An error has occurred. Please try again." after clicking Create review. I've been trying since yesterday. Is there any way to fix this from my end?

I wasn't able to use the feature on my work laptop. My organization eventually whitelisted the URLs provided by Adobe, which appeared to fix the error. The Share for Review feature is working for me now. If you haven't already, check out this guidance from Adobe.

Providing an update on this. We worked simultaneously with Adobe and our IT security people, and IT was able to manage security settings that allowed the review functionality to work for us again. It took quite a bit of back and forth, but we got there in the end, and it's been amazing. LOVE the Reiew piece!

@Tichelle_Berg any suggestions on what your IT folks were able to do to get it working successfully? I've been going back and forth between Adobe and my Tech teams trying to figure out what's blocking share for review but with no luck.
