Captivate 12.4 - Training Simulation, Clock Box failure and Input field does not work 2nd time

Hello, 

This is for preview mode only. Play bar is disabled. I have a "try again" button on the last slide of the trainings that brings you back to the 2nd slide (first slide is the title page). When you go through the training the second time the click boxes work but the failure state does not. So an end user could be clicking anywhere but the click box and nothing appears. (all other states are disabled) For the input field, the text that the end user had submitted on the first pass through is still visible and you cannot move past that slide. Hitting enter, clicking....nothing. This is an issue for all the trainings I created but only on the 2nd pass through. Anyone else have this issue? I would guess its working as designed, and I can see why the input fields would function this way, but the click boxes not displaying the failure is silly. Anyone have any solutions to this issue? I still need to play it as SCORM files in the Cornerstone appliction we use for e-learnings but thought I would post here before I get started on testing that way. Thank you!!!
