Captivate (12.5) Interactive Components Preview to Publish not working

Hello,

I created a very basic survey with interactive components in Captivate 12.5. I set each component's reporting to "include in quiz" and "report to LMS." When I previewed the project from Captivate, it worked fine. However, when I set up Reporting in Preferences and published it (SCORM 1.2), it did not work in SCORM Cloud. Also, when I returned to the project to preview it again after publishing, the preview no longer worked. Can anyone help me sort this out?
