Why does Captivate 12.6 crash and corrupt the file every time I try to customize the Click-to-Reveal widget on Mac OS?

Can you perform the following steps:

ou maybe required to clean preferences for Captivate. Begin by quitting the application.
Go to the e-learning assets folder on your system:
- For Windows: C:\Users\Public\Documents\Adobe
- For macOS: /Users/<user>/Documents/Adobe
Rename the folder to eLearning Assets_old.
Go to the following path:
- For Windows - C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Captivate\utils
- For macOS - /Applications/Adobe Captivate/utils/CleanPreferencesMac/CleanPreferencesMac
Select the appropriate CleanPreferences file for your operating system (macOS or Windows), depending on the machine you are using.
