Captivate 12 - Not launching in LMS

We're trying to embrace Captivate 12. When we publish our content, it previews in our LMS (Convergence by Vector Solutions). However, when I assign it to test users and try to launch it, the content doesn't display. Any ideas?

If you were successfully able to preview as HTML from within Captivate and you were also able to upload a SCORM zip to your LMS and preview it there, then the issue does not appear to be with Captivate's output. I would suggest you need to get your LMS vendor to have their technical staff weigh in and look at the LMS log files to figure out what is going wrong.
