Captivate 12 publishing issues

Hello, 

When I preview my training, the table of contents works fine, going through slides works fine. Everything is good to go; however, when I publish, it skips to the graded quiz at the end; when using the TOC, it skips around; knowledge check slides are generating a Quiz result after them; some slides aren't showing up.

Nothing seems to be going correctly for publishing, and I can't understand why. 

Any help would be appreciated.
