Captivate 12 video fullscreen mode not working in LMS

Hi there. I have several embedded videos (regular videos, not slide videos) in my project. In Captivate and preview mode, the "full screen" function in the playback controls works fine, but whenever I upload as a SCORM to Canvas, the "full screen" mode is greyed out. This is particularly frustrating because all of the pre-installed design options make the videos display pretty small on each slide. Any solutions?

    Did you check in SCORM Cloud? It may be due to the LMS.

    Event video plays independently of Captivate's Timeline, contrary to Slide video. That could also be the cause
