Captivate 2

Question

When I got the original version of Captivate, I purchased a
great book by Brenda Huetter called "Macromedia - The Definitive
Guide". As I had to learn Captivate myself, this became my "bible".
Now that I have Captivate 2, I'm realising there's a lot of
information that's not in the current book I have. Does anyone know
of a really good book on Captivate 2? I've checked B&N and
Amazon but haven't had much luck.
