Captivate 2 and Flash CS3

Hi,

I'm still using Captivate 2, but I have Flash CS3 installed. Can I export my .cp files to .fla? On the captivate export menu, there are options for Flash 8 and MX 2004 that are greyed out, and I don't get a CS3 option at all. I've already uninstalled Flash 8, and I had some quirky problems with Dreamweaver and file association for Fireworks during the upgrade. Could this be related, or is it just not possible?

I am just curious if you had solved this issue???
I ran in to the same problem, and ended up upgrading to captivate 3....

Hi loudena and welcome to our community

Flash CS3 arrived after Captivate 2 did, so it comes as no surprise that Captivate 2 is oblivious to Flash CS3.

You might try opening Flash CS3, then attempting to point at the Captivate 2 .CP file. Not sure if that will work, but just thinking out loud.
