Captivate 2 isscript.msi error when Installing

When i'm trying to install abode captivate 2 on a win xp, it bring me the error

1:The InstallScript engine is missing from this machine. If available, please run ISScript.msi or contact your support personnel for further assistance.

    Hi x001z and welcome to our community

    If you are installing from CD-ROM, one thing to try is to copy the installation file to your hard drive first. Then try the installation. You are installing to your local C drive, no? If not, you should be. I don't think it will allow installation on a network.

    Yes, i'm installing from the cd-rom, and already copy the file in my local drive, but i got the same error.
