Captivate 2 recording capture window?

Hey all...

Please take a look at this screenshot of Captivate 2 project I'm working on. I can't find this mentioned anywhere and hoped someone could point me in right direction:

For whatever reason - captivate recorded a section of the red box capture window. Note the orange arrow pointing to the red horizontal line spreading the width of the screen.

When I try and paste a background from one of the other screens, it doesn't seem to change - the red line is still there. Any idea what causes this to happen? I've had it happen in the first release in captivate too and had to end up doing a new recording each time it occurred (or at least import additional slides into the existing recording).

    Hello queensryche_05,

    Please try the following and let us know if the problem still occurs

    1. Choose File > Record or create a new project
    2. From the New project options dialog select Software Simulation > Custom Size
    3. Click the Preset sizes button and choose 720 x 540 Adobe Connect Enterprise Full Slide
    4. From the pop-up "Optionally, select a window you'd like to record choose the program you want to capture screens from.
    5. Cick the button "Snap window to fit inside the red recording area.
    6. Capture some screens and press End

    Once the project has been generated is the red recording area still visible on any of your slides?
