I have recently downloaded Captivate and when I try to preview any of the following I get the pop up box saying generating and then it just disappears.

The only way I can preview my content is by selecting "preview in the scorm cloud" and this is pretty slow to launch?
I don't know what I am doing wrong 
I am using Chrome. I just changed my browser default to Microsoft Edge (which I would prefer not to use) but at least it's opening now. So do the preview options just not work in Chrome?
I am using Chrome all the time, also with Captivate 2017 and responsive projects. It must be something that is not activated in Chrome. It was the reason I asked about the type of project, because Flash player is not enabled by default in Chrome. For a normal project all Preview methods use Flash, with the exception of Preview HTML5 in Browser (F11).
