Captivate 2017 Free Assets - Will not accept my user logon.

When I click the Assets link on the Toolbar, then click "Get Free eLearning Assets" it will not accept my Adobe logon. I also tried the link for New Account, but when entering my email address, it says this email is already used by a member.

That's because it's looking for your login and password for eLearning Brothers (the supplier of the free assets) not your Adobe ID. It sounds like you're like me and used the same email address for both, but it seems you have a different password for each. You can reset your password for the Free eLearning Assets from here: https://member.elearningbrothers.com/password

Paul, is it possible to log out of this? I'm logged in ok but don't have a download option when I view the assets. Any ideas?

note: I have a elearning bros account that shows my Adobe user ID number

Since the update for Adobe Captivate 2017 earlier this month, there was no need to log in to the third party assets. I'm not sure what happens if you were previously logged in.
