Captivate 2017 HTML5 Changing and Breaking Hyperlinks

Captivate 10.0.0.192: I just discovered that when I publish or preview my course in HTML5, the hyperlink has numbers added to it and no longer works. It's a very long hyperlink (made longer by the added numbers) to a Salesforce page. "5B" and "5D" appear in several places in the original hyperlink, and the HTML5 output has added the number 25 before those, so they read "255B" and "255D." Of course, this breaks the link.

The link works fine when I preview in non-HTML5 mode or publish as SWF. There's also another hyperlink in the course that only has one number in it, 150, and it works fine in HTML5.

Anyway, this is a real bummer because this course will be taken on a lot of iPads, so it has to be published in HTML5. If anyone knows a workaround, please let me know.
