Captivate 2017 - Knowledge Check Slide 'Submit' Button not working on .swf publish

I've created a project in the new Captivate 2017 release (it's not a responsive project, it was created out of a PowerPoint file). At the end of the course there are some knowledge check slides using the multiple choice slide. When I publish the project to HTML5 everything works fine, however I also have a need for the project to be published as a .swf file and in the published .swf file the submit button on the knowledge checks is not working. When you hover over it the cursor changes to the little hand, but the state change doesn't happen and when you click on it nothing happens.

Anyone else having this issue or know how to fix it?

Thanks!

I created a short file for testing, published to SWF and couldn't reproduce the problem you have.

Did you upload the published files to a webserver, or, if you are testing locally did you add the location of the published file to Flash trusted locations, did you launch the xxx.htm file, and is the Flash player enabled in the browser you are using for testing?

I uploaded the file to a webserver and tried the .html file. Flash player is enabled in my browser (Google Chrome). I published the project to Flash Player 10, would that be the issue? The other options are Flash Player 10.2 and Flash Player 11.

Not the html file, but the xxx.htm where 'xxx' is the same name as the SWF file.

I tested both: to Flash Player 10 and to Flash Player 11. I'm using Chrome as well. This is a problem question, when I cannot reproduce the issue.
