Captivate 2017 project won't open-spinning loading icon stays on screen

Using CP2017. Loaded project (HTML) onto state agency media server. Opens great in network. Created link on state website. Project won't open, get loading icon which just spins. No quizzes. Basic PD module. Other vendor created Storyline modules open fine. Can you help?

What Lilybiri is saying is that since Adobe Captivate version 9.0.2, image files are converted to JSON format. Your web server will need to support the JSON mime-type. Essentially, the server doesn't know what to do with these files so it just hangs there. This is literally a 2 minute fix for your IT person to perform. Once done your course should work fine.
