Captivate 2017 - Quiz Text Issues

We are having issues with our text in a responsive fluid box project.

Our slides look fine then we view published version and the text is all over the place.

Is there a glitch in Captivate 2017?

The text flow box in the published slide below is showing next to G) and the information in the flow over is the same as G). The flow over box should be for B )

Also how can B ) appear as 2 lines of text
