Captivate 2017 & Safari

I have users that are using Captivate 2017 on their Macbooks.  But just recently some of their projects (only ones that don't have a quiz slide) have been having issues with loading properly in Safari.  They reported that they can hear audio and see the background but the content and images won't appear.  They are running High Sierra 10.13.6 and Captivate 2017 (version 10.0 - probably needs updated but it was working about two weeks ago). The only work around that was found was to add a quiz slide then paste it behind the final slide so that the user can't see it then it would work in Safari.
