Captivate 2017 Scorm Package to Moodle Cloud

Hi,

I made a drop and drag activity in Captivate 2017 on a laptop running windows. I went in to Quiz Preferences and selected Moodle and changed the Identifier to imsmanifest and published. I upload ed the zip file into Moodle but when I preview the activity it is just a blank grey page. I checked it in the Storm Cloud and it works perfectly. I know there was a previous thread on this but I didn't see a solution. Any ideas??

If this output is HTML5, you need to make sure that your Moodle server is configured to allow JSON files to be served. Check with your server administrator or IT department.
