Captivate 2017 trial download won't complete

I've tried downloading the trial for captivate 2017 on both my hard drive and my external drive and it won't complete. It stops at what seems to be the end (although the download bar is not completely done) and the file name is still Unconfirmed 331842.crdownload.

Any thoughts on how I can either get the full file another way or how to make this thing complete?
