Captivate 2017 : unable to load elearning assets

I've just installed adobe captivate 2017, after desinstalling the 9 version. I can access the assets menu, but every pages are blank.

Has anyone ever met this problem ?

Did you install the eLearning Assets? If you are on windows, check the Public Documents for Adobe\eLearning Assets.

Thank for your response. Yes I've installed elearning Assets. I've also delete the elearning folder in Public document and install elearning assets again. I've clear the cache, execute the batchCleanPreferencesWin.

I can access the menu but all parts are empty.

That is strange. I know there are problems to download extra Characters (cutout people) afrom the eLearning Brothers site, nd there is a hotfix for that problem. But you should see the downloaded assets.
