Captivate 2019 (64 bit) cannot load existing project

I cannot load existing Captivate projects. When I try to load them, it gets stuck at 30%. Please help. I did isntall latest updates and patched but still it is having the same issue. I'm stuck.

Did you try to clean the Preferences? Find the subfolder 'utils' under the installation folder and run the appropriate 'CleanPreferences....' file while Captivate is closed.

Check the full version number under Help, About Captivate? Which OS?
