Captivate 2019 - Activation Failed

About two weeks ago, when I tried to access my Captivate 2019 app, I got an Activation Failed banner. My IT dept reloaded the application and I restarted my computer, but the error remains.

Any thoughts? I do have co-loaded Captivate 2024 but this has not presented any issues in the past.
