Captivate 2019 activity issue on Moodle

Hi there!

 

I seem to be having a problem. I have preview tested my Captivate 2019 project on my browser, and it works fine (all functionality is fine). When my client uploads this published scorm project onto their LMS (Moodle) it worked fine the first time, however revisiting some of the activities, they are having some issues, for instance not being able to go backward or forward a few pages from an activity.

 

Could this be an issue from Moodle's side or within Captivate and how could this be fixed?

To find out if it is a Captivate problem, please try out your course on SCORM Cloud. If it works fine there, the problem is with your LMS.
