Captivate 2019 Assets Blank Screen

We updated the team (6 people) to the latest Adobe Captivae 2019 v11.5.1.49 at work and everything looks great except for Assets.
When Assets is launched at work all anyone gets is a blank screen (screenshot attached).
If I launch Assets from home (personal license on different computer) everything works fine.
Our support staff has been working with Adobe Support for about a week and no solution so far.
Has anyone found a work around or solution for this?
Is anyone else having the same problem?
