Captivate 2019 Assets Problem

HI!

My team recently updated to 2019 Captivate and was excited about the new assets, especially updated slides and layouts.  I have downloaded the elearning assets extension and restarted Captivate, however when I go to assets, nothing is showing up.  Does anyone know if this won't work if you are connected to a network with firewall protection?  

Any suggestions or troubleshooting would be great!  Thanks in advance!
