Captivate 2019 - Audio playing double after video demo published
Hi, I have published a demo video (done this many times before) in Captivate 2019. However, when reviewing the published video (it is for training purposes), in sections, I can hear the trainers voice twice, talking over herself. I cleared the background audio after I recorded the training. I've subsequently gone back to the recording and checked and cleared the background audio (there was nothing there) and republished. I can still hear the "voice over" in the background, despite all of this. Can someone please provide me with advice on how to remove the doubled up audio / voices. I need to get this training video out to users asap. Many thanks.
