Captivate 2019_Background audio

Hi All,

I've placed some audio I would like to play in the background of my project (Audio > Import to > Background) but it fails to play?  It looks like it's there but when I preview my slide no sound. 

No Captivate updates waiting.  I'm working on a PC....  Here's a screenshot of what I can see...
