Captivate 2019: Closed Captions Changing to "Enter slide note" in Preview & Publish HTML5 output

On five random slides in my training, the closed caption is changing to "Enter slide note" only when I publish or preview HTML5. I have tried adjusting the timing, deleting and recreating the caption, but nothing seems to work. The only similarity between the the five slides is that only the last caption on the slide is disappearing.

 

Has anyone else run into this issue? I'm on Captivate 11.8.2.

    I fixed the issue!  I deleted the audio file and reattached the closed captions.

    Some form of corruption in that case. Be careful with that project!

    Were you using the workflow with Slide notes to create the CC? 

    Did you try the usual troubleshooting options: Clear cache and Clean Preferences? More info in:

    Thanks for your response! I cleared the cache but unfortunately that didn't fix it. I don't have admin access to clean preferences.
