Captivate 2019 Filmstrip slides disappearing

I created a new responsive project from scratch and got 79 slides into it at the endo of the day (saving along the way). When I returned to it the next day, none of the slides appear in my Filmstrip. The first slide appears, but the none of the text is visibible on it. I can see none of the other slides.

I previewed the project and the project plays, but the text from the buttons is missing as is some of the text from the Master Slides.

Any ideas what's going on?

Can you clear the cache (Preferences, General Settings). Try also to clean the Preferences: close Captivate, find the subfolder 'utils' under the installation folder and run CleanPreferencesWin.bat.
