Captivate 2019 Freezing on Enabling Reporting - MacOS Catalina

I see there's a few threads pertinent to issues with Captivate and the newest Mac OS update. 

Not sure if my problem is specific to Catalina or Captivate 2019, so I thought I'd post here.

I'm trying to publish a project with SCORM reporting enabled to test within an LMS. Any time I enable reporting and try to save the option, I get Mac's spinning death wheel and ultimately am left with no recourse but to force quit Captivate. 

Any thoughts? Anyone else experiencing the same thing or have experience with similar issues in the past?
