Captivate 2019 launch error Mac

I have downloaded captivate trial on my laptop whic is a macOS sierra version 10.12.6. After the install the program fails to launch, and I have no missing updates for the laptop or in creative cloud etc. Turned laptop off and back on did not work. Anybody know if I try to download the setup file again will I be charged again or any advice?
