Captivate 2019 Mac-Windows file edits.

How can I edit a captivate 2019 file in Windows machine. The base file is created in Mac machine.

    I have collaborated with a Mac user in the past. Normally you are able to edit the file directly provided you both use exactly the same version of Captivate. Only in very rare situations I have encountered issues.

    Yes we are using the same version (Captivate 2019) in both Mac and Windows machine but not able to edit Mac files in Windows machine and vice versa.

    Hmm.... not sure because there have been so many releases under the common name Captivate 2019.

    Please check the full version number on both systems, using Help, About Captivate.
