CAPTIVATE 2019 Missing CSVQuestionsCreationMacro.xlsm file for importaing CSV files for questions.

Hi

I'm working through the Captivate 2019 certification training.  THe CSVQuestionsCreationMacro.xlsm file is definitely not in the folder where the training states that it is found.  I do need this file.  It is possible it might be in my work version of CP but as they have things locked down so tight I could not email it to myself even it it was there as it would be flagged. 

Can anyone tell me how I can get this file? Or is this a call to Adobe Support?
